These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

1 – General
1.1 – We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
1.2 – When a choice of colours is offered for a product, we will endeavour to fulfil your first request, but regret that this is not always possible and colours may vary on these items.
1.3 – Images are for illustration purposes only and whilst provided in good faith, cannot be guaranteed to be 100% correct.
1.4 – Prices quoted are valid for online purchases only and may be lower than those advertised elsewhere. E&OE.
1.5 – Currency conversions are given as an approximation only. All transactions will be processed in GBP and charges may be levied by your payment provider. Please check with your bank if further clarification is required.
1.6 – We advise you to research all part numbers before ordering to ensure compatibility with your model. Whilst we are happy to offer advice to the best of our knowledge, we cannot always confirm if certain parts may or may not be suitable for your exact requirements.
2 – Campsite Bookings
2.1 – You can either book online, via phone or in person. Please have details of all party members when making a booking. Please check your confirmation as Yellowtail Camping cannot be held responsible for errors in information provided at the time of booking.
2.2 – Bookings must be made in the name of the person who will be staying on the booked pitch and is responsible for all members of the party on the given pitch. We refer to this as the “customer”. Bookings are not transferable to another party. When making a booking you agree that the “customer” or at least one member of your party is eighteen (18) years or over, you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, you accept these Terms & Conditions, and you agree to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any member of your party or animal accompanying you.
2.3 – Advance bookings are subject to minimum stays. These vary by season, please refer to our website for further details.
2.4 – Subject to availability, one-night bookings may be taken during any season when made directly on arrival on-site and not booked in advance.
2.5 – Stag, hen or similar parties are welcome only at our sole discretion, this also applies to any groups of five or more camping units. Please advise at time of booking as you may be required to book directly on site.
2.6 – A security bond of £20 per pitch for groups of five units or more may be requested upon arrival at Our discretion. Refusal to pay the bond may mean the booking is cancelled and money refunded.
2.7 – For groups, the names of all the adults in the party need to be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide all the names may lead to the booking being cancelled or Us refusing entry to the site.
2.8 – The maximum stay allowed is twenty-eight (28) days, after which time your pitch must be vacated for twenty-four (24) hours before you can return to the same site. This limit may be less at certain times at Our discretion.
2.9. The site is to be used for recreational camping only.
2.10. You must specify the registration of the vehicle you will be using on the campsite at time of booking. We will only allow this vehicle on site. Any additional vehicles are at our discretion and must be agreed in advance, please contact us to discuss.
2.11. We do not permit dual axle caravans. If you wish to camp with a dual axle caravan, please contact us first. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the campsite on arrival if you have not obtained prior approval for your stay.
3 – Campsite Prices
3.1 – The prices advertised are accurate at the time of booking. Prices can move up or down and Yellowtail Camping reserve the right to do so. Customers are advised to check the website for the most up to date information including our latest promotions, deals and discounts. Although prices may vary from time-to-time, the price payable is the price confirmed at the time of booking.
3.2 – The prices are based on a daily rate unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate.
3.3 – Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that our prices remain unchanged, they may be amended at any time prior to payment of the final balance.
3.4 – Prices do not include any additional services, features and facilities unless expressly stated.
3.5 – Pitch prices are for one adult. Extra adults and children (aged 5-16 years old) can be added to your booking up to a maximum of six (6) people on one pitch.
3.6 – Children under five (5) years old go free, however they do count as part of the party for all other purposes. For parties larger than six (6) people, multiple pitches must be booked. To accommodate more than six (6) people on a pitch prior permission is required.
3.7 – Group bookings of over five (5) units may be accepted at the discretion of Yellowtail Camping, please call for details.
3.8 – Promotions, deals or discounted offers are provided at the discretion of Yellowtail Camping. All offers are subject to availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and may be withdrawn at any time. Retrospective refunds are not permitted against any offer or promotion advertised after such time a booking is made.
3.9 – Pitch Extras; these include pup tents, gazebos (of no larger than three (3) m x three (3) m), double awnings, large trailers (over 1.20m) and an additional car. Yellowtail Camping allows you to book one extra per pitch, subject to conditions. The unit and all pitch extras must fit within the boundary of the pitch booked either eight (8) m x five (5) m. If the unit and all extras exceed the pitch boundary an additional pitch must be paid for. Prices for pitch extras are set out in our Website. Pitch extras must be paid for at the time of booking as we cannot guarantee that there will be space. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any windbreaks or gazebos.
3.10 – Pup tents are free of charge and must be no larger than two (2) m x one-point-five (1.5) m. Pup tents may only be used by up to two children from nine (9) years to fifteen (15) years and the tent must be erected in the boundary of the pitch of the accompanying unit. A pup tent can be in addition to a payable extra if all ancillary units fit within the pitch boundary.
3.11 – Gazebos up to three (3) m x three (3) m are classed as a pitch extra and are charged at a rate of £10 per night. Gazebos must be pre-booked on all occasions.
4 – Campsite Visitors
4.1 – Yellowtail Camping are happy to accommodate up to four (4) visitors per pitch per day and a maximum of one (1) vehicle. Should you wish to have more than four (4) visitors you must ask our permission and it is at our discretion although permission will not be unreasonably withheld. All day visitors should report to the campsite host and make payment on arrival.

4.2 – The registration of all visitor vehicles must be provided to us in advance.
4.3 – It is essential, for security and health and safety, that visitors report to the Campsite host/manager on arrival. Entry to the site and parking onsite will be at the site manager’s discretion. Visitors are required to leave the site by ten (10) pm or whenever the site barriers are closed for the night, whichever is the earlier.
4.4 – Visitors are not to be allowed on-site by anyone other than the site manager. You must not provide the gate code to visitors.
5 – Campsite Payment
5.1 – Payment for bookings can be made by Credit or Debit Card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by cheque in advance or on-site.
5.2 – For all bookings made one (1) week or more in advance a 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The full balance must be paid no later than one (1) week before arrival or your booking will be cancelled, except where cash payment on arrival has been approved by Us.
5.3. For all bookings made one (1) week or less in advance, full and non-refundable payment is required on booking.
6 – Campsite Services, Features and Facilities
6.1 – Site services, features and facilities may vary. Details of Site services, features and facilities are displayed on our Website.
6.2 – Features, facilities or services referred to in the Brochure, Site Leaflet or on the Website are subject to availability and may be supplied by third parties. You use these services, features and facilities at your own risk and Yellowtail Camping shall have no responsibility for loss, damage or injury in relation to any services, features or facilities provided or supplied by third parties.
6.3 – All information on the website regarding prices is accurate as at the time of publication, but may be subject to change.
7 – Campsite Pitches and Units
7.1 – The price of your unit is as detailed at time of booking on our Website. The prices for additional extras and services are also contained in our Website.
7.2 – Unit; a standard unit is a tent, trailer tent, caravan, campervan or motorhome and one car up to a maximum of 8m x 5m, inclusive of guy ropes.
7.3 – Camping Pitch; An undefined pitch to station your Unit on. The cost of the pitch includes the first adult in the party. This does not include electric hook-up. Space for one single attached awning or one toilet tent or a small trailer is also included in the pitch price. One car (or motorbike) may accompany all units on the pitch. Additional cars (or motorbikes) will be charged for at £5 per day but may not be situated directly on the pitch.
7.4 – Touring Pitch – A hardstanding pitch that includes electric hook-up.
8 – Campsite Sleeping in Cars, Vans, 4x4s or Overland Vehicles
8.1 – Sleeping in and/or on Cars, Vans, 4x4s and Overland Vehicles is permitted where the vehicle has side windows and a specially designed internal sleeping accommodation, such as fully reclining seats, internal beds, or roof-top tent.
8.2 – Whenever a Car, Van, 4×4 or Overland Vehicle is being used for sleeping purposes, any windows in such units should have adequate curtains or blinds to ensure privacy.
8.3 – Sign written towing vehicles are permitted on site provided campers are not trading or working from site, however you may be asked to park your vehicle away from the pitch.
9 – Campsite Cancellation and Changes to Your Booking
9.1 – If you cancel your booking at any point after booking you will lose your twenty (20) % deposit already paid.
9.2 – If you cancel your booking within seven (7) days before arrival you will lose the full cost of the booking.
9.3 – If you leave site early for any reason Yellowtail Camping will not issue any refund for unused camping nights.
9.4 – Unfortunately, in some circumstances Yellowtail Camping may have to cancel your booking. In these circumstances we will offer you a full refund of any fees paid or the option of an alternative pitch of a comparable standard (with you paying any additional cost or receiving a refund in respect of a price difference). No other compensation is available.
9.5 – If you want to amend your booking, you must notify Yellowtail Camping as soon as possible. Subject to availability, amendments to your booking can be made up to three days before your arrival at the Site. Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and a £12 per booking administration fee. Your admin fee will also be waived if the overall cost of your booking increases due to the amendment made. If you wish to transfer your booking to another location and/or date, we will use our reasonable endeavours to satisfy your request wherever possible subject to availability and payment of the correct fees. Transferred dates must be within the same booking season.
10 – Campsite Arrival and Departure
10.1 – It is important that you report to the Site Reception on arrival, before pitching and pay any outstanding balance on your booking and any additional fees.
10.2 – Arrival times on-site are between fourteen-hundred (14:00) and twenty-hundred (20:00). If you wish to arrive earlier, please ring Us on the morning of your arrival and We will do their best to accommodate your request, but this cannot be guaranteed.
10.3 – For advance bookings, if not notified otherwise, your pitch will be held until twenty-hundred (20:00) on the day of your arrival, after which it will be put up for re-sale and your booking treated as a cancellation with your monies retained.
10.4 – Pitches must be vacated by midday (12:00) am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with Us.
11. – Campsite Management and Behaviour on-site
11.1 – In placing a Booking Request you agree that you and your party will at all times comply with the requests of the Site Managers and their teams.
11.2 – As the person booking the holiday, you are responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst on the Site.
11.3 – Any wilful damage to the Site or any other Yellowtail Camping property will result in you being asked to immediately leave the Site. If you are asked to leave under these circumstances, no monies will be refunded.
11.4 – Our customers visit our Site to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of New Barn Farm. If anyone does not respect this, we reserve the right to refuse them admission or ask them to leave the site at any time. If you are asked to leave under these circumstances, no monies will be refunded.
11.5 – On groups of five (5) units or more, a security bond of £20 per pitch will be requested upon arrival at the Site at the discretion of Us. We reserve the discretion to ask any customer for a security bond regardless of party size. This will be refunded in full at the end of your stay unless, in the opinion of Us, you have displayed unreasonable behaviour (this includes but is not limited to, excessive noise, wilful damage to the Site or other people’s property and abuse of our staff).
11.6 – To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after ten-thirty (10:30) pm. No music is allowed on site after ten-thirty (10.30) pm.
11.7 – Non essential driving on site is not permitted, & we request that any driving is kept to a minimum after 11pm. – this is to ensure the comfort of other guests after this time. Please note management can request guests to leave the site if driving past curfew or in breach of the terms stated.
11.8 – BBQs and Fire Pits are allowed with prior approval by site management. Otherwise we encourage the hire of yellowtail approved firepits & wood. These are available from site management to hire for the day. BBQs and Fire Pits must be used in a controlled manner & extinguished before retiring for the night. Open fires are prohibited. If you wish to use your own firepit these must be checked by the campsite host/manager before use.
11.9 – No structures can be tied or secured to trees or vegetation. Any structures that are or are judged to be causing damage to the site will be taken down or removed. We reserve the right to do so without prior consent and wholly at Our discretion.
11.10 – Domesticated Cats and Dogs are welcome on our campsite. Cats and Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and any fouling must be collected and disposed of. A maximum of a total of three Cats or Dogs per pitch are permitted on-site. If there is an incident on-site involving your Cats or Dogs please note that you may be asked to leave the site immediately.
11.11 – We ask that you all rubbish is separated into the four clear waste bags provided as follows: Cans/Plastic, Glass, Card/Paper, Food.
12 – Campsite Complaints
12.1 – We want you to have an enjoyable holiday. Should you have cause for complaint, please contact Us immediately and we will try to resolve your complaint and advise you of our complaints procedure.
12.2 – We ask you to note that if you do not give us the opportunity to resolve the problem by reporting it on-site, we may not be able to deal with any complaint on your return and your rights to claim may have been reduced or forfeited.
12.3 – If, at the end of your stay with us, you feel we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, we ask that the main booker submits a written complaint within 28 days of your return home to [email protected]
13 – Limitation of Liability
13.1 – All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law (save for the conditions implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979) are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from any Contract of Sale.
13.2 – Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this Contract shall be limited to the contract price.
13.3 – We shall not be liable to the Customer for any pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise, in each case whether direct, indirect or consequential, or any claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with the Contract.
14 – Force Majeure
14.1 – We reserves the right to defer the date of your Booking or to cancel a Contract or reduce the volume of the Booking ordered by the Customer (without liability to the Customer) if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 90 days, the Customer shall be entitled to give notice in writing to the Company to terminate the Contract.

2 – Order Process
2.1 – All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2 – The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order acceptance from RH & IR Cradock Ltd
2.3 – Your order represents an offer to us to purchase product(s). We are not obliged to supply the product to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order.
2.4 – A product which is out of stock at the time we receive an order, will be held as a backorder. Any backordered products will be shipped when they become available to us. If a product is no longer available, that product will be cancelled and where required a refund will be issued.
2.5 – Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
2.6 – Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a despatch confirmation email to have been despatched, do not form part of that contract.
2.7 – By submitting your order you are allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers).
2.8 – We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
2.9 – While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
2.10 – For items with a future release date, the price may be subject to change between the time of order and the date the item is despatched. If we discover a rise in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the revised price or cancelling it.
2.11 – Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
2.12 – If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately.
3 – Delivery
3.1 – We aim to deliver the products to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. RH & IR Cradock shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.2 – Express delivery to mainland UK destinations is usually next day, although not guaranteed. We request mainland UK customers requiring this service to place their order before 17:00, although do not guarantee orders placed before this time will be dispatched same day.
3.3 – You should inspect the products when you receive them for defects or damage. Any items delivered by courier which appear to be damaged must be signed for as such or refused and returned to sender.
3.4- If you find a defective or damaged product please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay. All damages need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
3.5 – Any damaged in transit item must be returned to us if a replacement or a refund is to be issued.
3.6 – Non-delivery of an order, or parts missing from your order must be reported to us within 7 days of the date of despatch. Despatch of your order is confirmed by e-mail and this indicates the date of despatch.
3.7 – If an item has been lost in transit, we may not despatch a replacement item immediately. Resent or Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion or subject to availability, once all tracking and investigative avenues have been exhausted. This may include waiting up to 30-45 days from despatch for undelivered mail to be returned to us, depending on the delivery country.
3.8 – Items returned to us by delivery companies will incur a £15 “Return to Sender” fee
3.9 – Occasionally, items can be lost or damaged by courier companies, and we will need to make a claim for damages with the courier involved. We will require your full co-operation in any such claim and will need to wait for the outcome of any claim to be determined before we can proceed with a resolution. Any advance refunds/replacements made as a gesture of goodwill will need to be repaid should you not co-operate fully with any eventual claim.
4 – Cancellation of Order and Returns
4.1 – As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
4.2 – You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within 14 days starting on the day after the day the products are delivered to you. We recommend you do this with a covering letter included with your returned items.
4.3 – You must return the products to us at your own cost. We advise you to ensure the products are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise. If you “refuse” a delivery, this will trigger a £20 return charge – so you may prefer to accept the goods and use your own method to return any unwanted items.
4.4 – We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the products, less any costs we may have incurred for collection.
4.5 – Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the products, which should be in as new condition.
4.6 – Some items are exempt from our returns policy. This includes but is not limited to:
• Items built to order.
• Items which have been personalised or modified.
• Sale/clearance items now discontinued or no longer available.
4.7 – Any items returned as faulty found with no fault will incur a £15 inspection fee.
5 – Applicable Laws
5.1 – Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Great Britain in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
5.2 – RH & IR Cradock Ltd does not warrant that the products manufactured or marketed by it comply with the laws of the country where those goods are purchased or used. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain whether products being purchased, or the fitting of those products to any other object, comply with local laws.
6 – Brexit
6.1 – Due to Brexit now when we ship a parcel to you the courier will be in contact with you to pay the VAT rate from your country when the parcel arrives,if you part was manufactured outside the EU or UK there also will be duties to pay and a handling fee for clearance.
7 – Vehicle Storage
7.1 – Parking of vehicles; any vehicles left with RH & IR Cradock Ltd for more than one month after completion of work being finished will have a storage charge of £12 per day plus VAT unless previously arranged. Vehicles are left at customer’s risk.
8 – Parts Removed from Customer Vehicle
8.1 – Any parts removed from customers vehicles will be disposed of unless collected within three months of job completion.
9 – Warranty
9.1 – If any Goods supplied by Us are found to be of defective workmanship or materials so as to entitle Us to have them replaced or repaired by or at the cost of the manufacturer We undertake so to do, provided however that any costs or expenses incurred by Us in such replacement or repair which are not recoverable from the manufacturer by Us shall be paid to the Us by the Customer and provided also that if owing to the failure of the Customer to comply with any terms imposed by the manufacturer which the manufacturer is not bound to replace or repair We shall be under no liability to the Customer.
10 – Limitation of Liability

11 – Application of Terms
11.1 – Sales by Us will be on these conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions (including any terms or conditions which the Customer purports to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order, specification or other document). No terms or conditions endorsed upon, delivered with or contained in the Customer’s purchase order, confirmation of order, specification or other document will form part of the Contract simply as a result of such document being referred to in the Contract.
11.2. Each order or acceptance of a quotation for Goods by the Customer from Us shall be deemed to be an offer by the Customer to purchase Goods subject to these conditions.
12 – Force Majeure
